Provide app services and core functionality.
Display leaderboards and game statistics.
Personalize your gameplay experience.
Send daily challenge notifications — with your consent only.
Improve our services and gameplay experience.
We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.

3. Data Sharing

We may share data only with trusted service providers required to operate the app:

OnSpace Cloud (Supabase)

Database and server infrastructure — primary data host

All data is protected with SSL/TLS encryption in transit and at rest.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time:

Upon deletion, all personal data including scores and achievements will be permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Notifications

We send push notifications only if you explicitly grant permission, limited to:

Daily challenge notifications
Weekly tournament updates

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The app is not directed to children under 13 years of age. If we discover a user under 13 has registered, we will immediately delete their data.

Parental supervision is recommended for users aged 13–18.

7. Cookies & Tracking

No Cookies Used

The app does not use browser cookies.

Anonymous Analytics Only

We use only anonymous analytics to improve gameplay — never linked to your personal identity.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

4 Export your data in a readable format

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. For material changes, you will be notified via the app or email.

10. How to Delete Your Account — Step by Step

You can permanently delete your account directly within the App without contacting support:

Open the App and sign in to your account.

Tap the Profile icon (top-right on the Home screen).

At the top of the page, directly below your account details, tap the red «Delete Account» button.

Read the warning, then type «DELETE» in the confirmation field.

Tap «Delete Permanently» — your account and all data will be removed immediately.

The account and all data (game scores, achievements, leaderboard data, push tokens) are deleted immediately and cannot be undone.

11. Account & Data Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time from within the App via:

Upon confirmation, the following will be permanently deleted:

Your authentication account.
Your profile and all associated data (game scores, achievements, leaderboard data, push tokens).
This action is irreversible.
This feature complies with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play requirements regarding the right to account deletion.

12. Supported Languages

SyrGo fully supports Arabic and English:

Default for Arabic-language devices, RTL direction.

En

English (en)

Default for non-Arabic devices, LTR direction.

The app automatically detects your device language on first launch.
You can manually switch languages at any time using the language button on the home screen or in your profile.
Your preference is saved locally and applied across all App screens.

13. Storage & Data Collected

On-Device Storage

Language preferences and app settings (AsyncStorage).
Favourites list saved locally and linked to your account.
Temporary cache for game content to improve speed (valid for 1 hour).

Cloud Storage (Supabase)

Account data: email, display name.
Game scores, achievements and leaderboard data.
FCM tokens for push notifications linked to your device.

Images

Profile photo (if provided) stored securely in Supabase Storage.
We do not collect anonymous behavioral or analytics data for advertising purposes.
