We confirm that we do not interfere with the payment process made by the subscriber through the payment windows and do not retain any card numbers used in the payment process such as the card number, expiration date, and Pin code.
Dear subscriber carefully read the details of the travel packages as well as the policies of each offer such as the reservation and cancellation policy set by the travel and tourism offices and / or travel agents on the travel offers advertisements which are listed on the website.
Upon completion of the offer purchase, the Travel office and / or Travel Agent will send you an email to your registered email account detailing the offer purchased by the subscriber through the website. Please note that the message sent is not to confirm or accept the request from your side.
The responsibility of verifying the credit card and other payment cards, verifying the deduction and the completion of the transaction lies with the payment windows used and / or the bank that issued the card.
The website is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of payment windows on credit cards or other cards as we are not a party of the payment process between the subscriber and that payment window. The website does not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage that occurs between the subscriber and the travel and tourism offices and / or travel agents. Subscriber acknowledges that any breach of the terms and conditions of the Agreement by him/her will result in the immediate cancellation or suspension of the membership without any prior warning, as deemed appropriate by the website.
The subscriber shall respect and not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the website or third parties such as exploitation or attribute it to himself or by other means that may lead to a diminution of those intellectual property rights.
The Subscriber shall relieve the website and its admins and disclaim all liability and obligations that may arise in connection with any claim arising from any breach of its terms and conditions of use of this website from his side or any of the laws in force in the State of Kuwait.
